GENERATIONAL DIFFERENCES IN THE WORKPLACE

This is ALG’s signature training program for managers and supervisors that has evolved with the ever-changing American workplace. DL&E training is highly interactive and includes case studies, breakout sessions, partner activities, a workbook that attendees utilize during the training and keep to refer back to in the future, and some fun team building activities.  

 The training focuses on “engagement” both for managers and hourly co-workers they support. What is it? Why is it important to be engaged at work? How do we create and maintain an engaged workforce? These questions are discussed over nine separate pillars related to engagement.  

The program typically includes 8-10 hours of training spread over two half-day sessions. However, we can create a package that suits your situation and business goals.
